The Hells Valley line between Freiburg and Titisee
passes the very narrow Höllenbach canyon with a
highest gradient of 55 °/oo. Below the village
Hinterzarten, the Ravenna canyon comes from the
right and gets spanned by the Ravenna viaduct.

On the next both scenarios, you see the Ravenna viaduct from the side view. To get
more than only a little part of the viaduct, it must be photgraphed from across the
the main road that you can see at the original photo below.

Falkensteig at the Hells Valley line
|
Near Falkensteig, the stonewalled track is leaned
against the righthand slope. From across the valley, you can see the very
noticeable inclination of the track. At the following 3 pictures, you see nearly
the same location from different views.
